π» About me
Iβm Albin Henriksson β an IT engineer with a strong background in mathematics and theoretical physics.
Iβve spent the last 15+ years building, breaking, fixing, and scaling systems β from obsessive homelab setups to real-world infrastructure where uptime actually matters. I like work that sits at the intersection of reliability, security, and performance, and Iβm at my best when I get to understand the whole system end-to-end.
What I typically do (and enjoy doing):
- π Linux / Unix systems engineering (servers, networks, storage, automation)
- 𧱠Infrastructure & platform work (virtualization, containers, IaC-ish workflows)
- π Security-minded architecture (hardening, least privilege, sane backups)
- βοΈ DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, βmake it boring to operateβ)
Before going full-time IT, I worked as a science teacher, which left me with one genuinely useful superpower: Iβm good at explaining messy technical stuff in plain language β without dumbing it down.
If you think Iβd be a good fit for your team, feel free to reach out.
